Meet the Owners
Husband and wife, Pat and Sue Taylor, made the decision to take over this history rich building in 2014. After extensive refurbishment and restoration, it was transformed into the the modern yet traditional pub it is today - packed with atmosphere and good vibes!
As first time pub owners, this was new territory for Pat and Sue and like starting any business, carried a risk. However, they decided to take the risk and havent looked back since!
With the help of the rest of their - 5 children - they've had a fantastic few years running Taylors Bar and have managed to turn into one of the most successful and popular bars in the town of Ennis.

Inside Taylor’s cosy front bar you will find warm open fires and a friendly atmosphere, great for intimate groups to catch up and have the Craic! At the rear you will find our newly renovated heated beer garden with large screens to watch your favourite live sport. A sun trap during the summer months it is one of the most popular places to go in Ennis on a night out.
